book art beyond words

Su Blackwell trawls secondhand bookstores for books, pages of which she will spend months, meticulously slicing and cutting to create these incredible works of art. I cannot fathom how, but The Telegraph claims these pieces only consist of pages that have been cut or removed from the book itself.

The sculpture's form is usually inspired by the book's title or a paragraph or picture within it.

For a material filled with words, it's ironic how these intricate works of art render me speechless. Truly stunning beyond words!
